Who we are
All Brothers Dream LLC (“ABD,” “we,” “us”) is an independent video and film production company. This policy explains what information we collect through allbrothersdream.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and the details of your project, plus anything optional you choose to share, like a phone number, a timeline, or links to your work. We use this only to reply to you and work with you on your project.
Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe. When you donate, Stripe handles your payment details and we never see or store your full card number. We receive basic information from Stripe, such as your name, email address, the amount, and the date, so we can keep records and thank you. Stripe’s use of your information is covered by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and running. Our site also remembers on your device whether you’ve already seen the homepage intro, so it doesn’t play every time. We don’t currently use advertising trackers. If we add analytics tools in the future, we’ll update this policy.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, who may collect information under their own policies: YouTube (embedded videos), Google Fonts (fonts), Stripe (donations), and our web host, Hostinger. Links to social media sites like Instagram take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide our services, process donations and keep financial records, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers listed above who help us run the site and our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages for as long as we need them to work with you and for reasonable record keeping afterward. Donation records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Just send us a request through our contact page and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
